Monaco is home to several restaurants that have received the prestigious Michelin star, do you know them all? Let’s find out together.
Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris
With three Michelin stars, Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse is housed in the iconic Hôtel de Paris. The cuisine of Emmanuel Pilon, Ducasse’s faithful right-hand man, highlights the products, flavors and colors of the territory in full respect of the characteristic style of the internationally renowned chef, one of the most celebrated in the world.
Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, a restaurant by Yannick Alléno

Yannick Alleno’s gourmet cuisine has arrived at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. The one-star restaurant directly overlooks the sea of the Côte d’Azur. A great attention to raw materials and seasonality combined with modern techniques and innovation is what distinguishes the French chef’s style.
Blue Bay Marcel Ravin
In his two-star restaurant, chef Marcel Ravin, originally from Martinique, creatively combines the flavours of the Antilles with those of the Mediterranean. Set in the beautiful setting of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, the restaurant will win you over with its sea-view terrace and innovative cuisine.
Yoshi
Chef Takeo Yamazaki’s restaurant, located in the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, stands out for its refined and tasty dishes, the result of exceptional Japanese cuisine awarded with a Michelin star. The furnishings are reminiscent of a Japanese garden and help to create a zen atmosphere.
Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac

Inside the Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo, a Belle Époque-style building recently renovated by architect and interior designer Jacques Garcia, is Les Abbassadeurs, a two-star restaurant under the guidance of chef Christophe Cussac. The inspiration is French haute cuisine, with Mediterranean influences and a focus on high-quality raw materials. You will be enchanted by the open kitchen and the legendary bread and cake cart.
La Table d’Antonio Salvatore au Rampoldi
Another address not to be missed is the only example of Michelin-starred Italian cuisine in Monaco: La Table d’Antonio Salvatore au Rampoldi, a Michelin star. The chef’s gastronomic creativity translates into unique flavors, influenced by southern Italy and France, and blends with the visual appeal of the dishes on offer and the art deco space. In Antonio Salvatore’s kitchen, imagination, artistic flair and local and organic products find great space.
Le Grill
On the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the Michelin-starred Le Grill will captivate you with its breathtaking views of the sea and the city – on fine days the roof opens completely for lunch in the sun or dinner under the stars! The delicate and elegant cuisine of chefs Dominique Lory and Patrick Laine seeks to combine tradition and modernity, in praise of local products and grills that have made the history of the restaurant.
